I found ERG very efficient from Quote to fitting. When looking for a new front door ERG were the best value for money, the rep went through the options on what was the best door for our house and was very knowledgeable about all the doors in the catalogue. The engineer who fitted the door was very thorough and made very little mess and made a neat job of fitting the door. The new door has made a big difference to the warmth to the house but not only that the look of the front of the house. ERG have given me a great service and a good quality door at a very reasonable price.

The quality of the windows and door is excellent. The process from quotation by Colin to survey by David and support from Caitlin was clear, straightforward and helpful by all involved. Kieran the fitter was polite and helpful and the internal finish he completed was excellent.

From start to finish the whole experience was easy to follow from the initial meeting with the salesman who didn't pressure sell,the very efficient survey and probably the best and hardest working window fitter I have seen(Neil).Even the billing was exact and very well explained.

Needed some work done that couldn't be completed until other work was done, and ERG hung with me while I was bounced around through that without a word of complaint, even though I know their scheduling got messed about as well. When they did show up, they immediately put on masks without a word of argument (more rare than should be the case, unfortunately) and did a superb job very efficiently. I did feel that each of their teams (sales, customer service and installers) were consistently courteous; I recommend ERG without hesitation.

Great company to deal with. Even when you know exactly what you want the surveyor will help with suggestions for improvements such as a wider door so our customers can fit through with their luggage etc. They finished the door off beautifully even adding a little extra trim on the inside that I requested to make the finish perfect. We recently (April 2025) had a new front door and four windows installed in our house in Fortrose, Highland Region and are delighted with the high quality of the products and the skilled workmanship of the installers. The composite door is of the high quality we were looking for since our house faces the sea (about 150 metres away) and the prevailing wind. Despite several days of severe gales and driving rain, it has already proved its worth - an enormous improvement on our previous door which although double glazed allowed the wind to penetrate round its edges. The four PVC windows we had fitted on the north facing side of the house are also impressive. As well as having a high standard of insulation, they are also very attractive to look at, as has been commented on by several visitors. The whole process from the first survey through to final installation was first class, especially the efficiency and friendliness of the staff from salesman, surveyor, receptionist and installers. We should add, that we had a conservatory and garage conversion carried out by ERG Scotland about five years ago and were also very impressed by them.

Really human interaction with the firm. First the salesman was polite and considerate, second the office were really good to deal with and lastly the fitter worked hard, was professional and good humoured. The door is great and looks just how we wanted.

We engaged ERG to replace our old windows and install new patio sliding doors onto a new decking area. The ERG team were responsive to our requirements, completed the installation quickly and efficiently and left the site perfectly tidy. The work was completed in 2022, and I have delayed this review for 2.5 years in case there were any subsequent problems - there have not been, and we are delighted with the work. We live on Skye and had our conservatory rebuilt by ERG Scotland last August (2024) as our old one was leaking and was too hot in summer and too cold in winter. ERG replaced all the windows and doors and put on a fantastic new "Ultraroof". I decided to delay writing a review until after it had endured its first Skye winter and everything the elements could throw at it over the recent months including some severe hurricane force storms. I am thrilled to say the new conservatory has passed its initial test with flying colours. We now have a wonderful room which we can get much more use from throughout the year. Add to that the friendliness and helpfulness of the team that installed it with minimum fuss and exactly when they said they would and I really can't praise and recommend ERG Scotland enough.

There are many glazing companies out there so it is often difficult to find one which actually lives up to its advertising blurb. ERG were recommended to us by friends and local tradesmen who had used them in the past. I have to say, we weren't disappointed. From start to finish the people we dealt with were thoroughly professional, courteous and efficient. The products are of an excellent quality at competitive prices and were installed with care and respect for our property by a team of two who completed the work in a morning. This is the second time we have used ERG. Last year we had windows installed and were delighted with the work. This time it was roof line and gutters. Excellent customer service from initial sales contact and survey to installation. All the ERG staff we had contact with seemed to understand the needs of the customer which made everything straightforward and a pleasant experience. In particular, Neil, the installer, is commended for his attitude, his quick and efficient completion of the job, his attention to detail and his pleasant and friendly way of dealing with his customers. We felt that he went the extra mile to ensure that he left no mess and even helped to replace blinds that we had taken down. Although still very new, the windows appear to be very good quality and we look forward to many years of trouble free glazing. We would certainly recommend ERG to others.

We cannot praise ERG Scotland enough We had 2 fitters Alan & John that came to do our windows in our old cottage. They turned up when they we're supposed to and braved fitting our windows in the snow,wind and rain and never let up until the job was complete . We had two sets of patio doors, a back door and a window replaced a few months ago. They have all been subjected to full-on Fort William storm weather so this review covers performance too. From start to finish ERG have been first class. The initial consultation was very informative without any sales pressure and we felt confident with the company and their history. Once the price was agreed a detailed survey was conducted and our new doors and window were installed slightly ahead of the anticipated date. Throughout the process ERG staff were always courteous and friendly and the attention to detail on the product and installation is second to none. Our home is noticeably warmer and the performance of the installation easily handled all the storms threw at it. We had new external doors and a replacement glass roof on an old Everest conservatory. All the workmen were efficient, friendly and on time. The materials are very good quality. The office communication was excellent and a couple of little niggles were noted and passed on efficiently which made the whole process very stress less for us. Having been let down dreadfully for over 12 months by Arena Home Solutions (do not TOUCH this company) we ended up choosing ERG for our composite door...we were told roughly 8 weeks from ordering to fitting and they were 100% spot on. Customer service and support first class. Emergency call as front door lock/mechanism had broken leaving my cottage unsecured. ERG sent a member of the team within 5 hours of my call. New mechanism fitted and the door skilfully realigned. Each member of staff was friendly, professional and are a credit to this family company. Great service. It wasn't the cheapest door, but it's a great door. They communicate well throughout the process, from initial contact to a site visit for measuring up, choosing your design, installation and aftercare. We'll certainly consider them when we have our windows replaced.

Fabulous service and the 2nd time I’ve used ERG in 6 months, 1st time had a new front door installed and this time French doors on my summer house. Can’t seem to be able to put a photo on this site. The salesman Dean was great and the guys that installed my French doors professional and friendly and superior products. In the future I will not be going anywhere else for any windows or doors, I’m recommending them to others.

The whole experience was excellent. I dealt with the salesperson who arrived on time and listened to my requirements and advised best way forward. The installers arrived on time and completed jobs , cleaning up after their daily work. There were a couple of small snags which were fixed quickly. All in all very happy and now I’m calling them back to quote to do some other works for another project. Additionally, the office staff  and accounting staff are very polite and courteous. It’s a great team to deal with.

Good service at a "fair" price, not cheap but good quality windows, fitted well by Graeme and Paul. We'll done on getting out the old windows which the house had been built around. Not too messy, but small shards of glass left following the removal are a little annoying as I have a cat. I chose not to have trickle vents fitted as I live on the A82 and the noise reduction is brilliant. Thermal quality is good, though yet to be tested in winter. I have chosen to finish the interior myself as the house is a project. However, they look great from outside, see before and after pictures.

Quick Install and ahead of time. The fitter turned up ahead of time, decided not to come through the house with dirty shoes on and cleaned up after a quick install of the new door. All good.
