The whole process from ordering our new windows to having them installed was carried out brilliantly !The staff were extremely efficient, friendly and knowledgeable from our initial meeting to the final installation. We were extremely impressed and delighted with the result!

The quality of the work was excellent and Keiran who did the work alone including in heavy rain was amongst the best home improvements that I have ever seen.

We cannot praise ERG Scotland enough We had 2 fitters Alan & John that came to do our windows in our old cottage. They turned up when they we're supposed to and braved fitting our windows in the snow,wind and rain and never let up until the job was complete . Clean tidy all the way through and showed respect to our property and belongings We had, had a bad experience with doors with another local company and had lost faith in double glazing companies but ERG has now restored that faith,and I can't thank them enough Keep up the excellent work

Donny and Alan were in great form all week with us, replacing windows and doors. Knew what they were doing and got on with it quickly, quietly and efficiently. Left the house clean and tidy. I’d recommend these two guys and ERG without any hesitation. Nicely done!

We had two sets of patio doors, a back door and a window replaced a few months ago. They have all been subjected to full-on Fort William storm weather so this review covers performance too. From start to finish ERG have been first class. The initial consultation was very informative without any sales pressure and we felt confident with the company and their history. Once the price was agreed a detailed survey was conducted and our new doors and window were installed slightly ahead of the anticipated date. Throughout the process ERG staff were always courteous and friendly and the attention to detail on the product and installation is second to none. Our home is noticeably warmer and the performance of the installation easily handled all the storms threw at it. The after sales service is excellent and it is uncommon to find a company who will go the extra mile + should that be needed. I would recommend ERG to anyone who needs windows and doors. Top quality products and services! If we need any further replacements there is only one company for us to call.

We had new external doors and a replacement glass roof on an old Everest conservatory. All the workmen were efficient, friendly and on time. The materials are very good quality. The office communication was excellent and a couple of little niggles were noted and passed on efficiently which made the whole process very stress less for us. All good so would recommend this company.

Having been let down dreadfully for over 12 months by Arena Home Solutions (do not TOUCH this company) we ended up choosing ERG for our composite door...we were told roughly 8 weeks from ordering to fitting and they were 100% spot on. Customer service and support first class. Emergency call as front door lock/mechanism had broken leaving my cottage unsecured. ERG sent a member of the team within 5 hours of my call. New mechanism fitted and the door skilfully realigned. Each member of staff was friendly, professional and are a credit to this family company. This is a great local company, have used them several times and always great service. Phone calls returned, not like most other companies, rep came out to discuss what we wanted. Just had our latest door fitted and everything was perfect, and left immaculate. Thanks for great service, quality products and really friendly staff from first phone call to fitting 🙂

Great service. It wasn't the cheapest door, but it's a great door. They communicate well throughout the process, from initial contact to a site visit for measuring up, choosing your design, installation and aftercare. We'll certainly consider them when we have our windows replaced.

From first contact to finish, each member of staff was polite, honest and very knowledgeable. Fabulous service and the 2nd time I’ve used ERG in 6 months, 1st time had a new front door installed and this time French doors on my summer house. Can’t seem to be able to put a photo on this site. The salesman Dean was great and the guys that installed my French doors professional and friendly and superior products. In the future I will not be going anywhere else for any windows or doors, I’m recommending them to others.

The whole experience was excellent. I dealt with the salesperson who arrived on time and listened to my requirements and advised best way forward. The installers arrived on time and completed jobs , cleaning up after their daily work. There were a couple of small snags which were fixed quickly. All in all very happy and now I’m calling them back to quote to do some other works for another project. Additionally, the office staff  and accounting staff are very polite and courteous. It’s a great team to deal with.

Good service at a "fair" price, not cheap but good quality windows, fitted well by Graeme and Paul. We'll done on getting out the old windows which the house had been built around. Not too messy, but small shards of glass left following the removal are a little annoying as I have a cat. I chose not to have trickle vents fitted as I live on the A82 and the noise reduction is brilliant. Thermal quality is good, though yet to be tested in winter. I have chosen to finish the interior myself as the house is a project. However, they look great from outside, see before and after pictures.

I have been a customer for about 20 years.I keep going back! My latest job was a new back door, it was fitted perfectly, with no fuss and no mess, and to my specifications.I would use their services again.

Quick Install and ahead of time. The fitter turned up ahead of time, decided not to come through the house with dirty shoes on and cleaned up after a quick install of the new door. All good.

Two large extensions built in the remote area of coastal Assynt with no interruption other than a few days of extreme weather. The team worked hard, very helpful and adaptable. They solved problems quickly as they arose. No delays at all because individual trades were not available. We were kept informed at all stages from the team on site and the staff at the office. I recently had 3 new windows installed by ERG, and have been really pleased with the entire process. The installation was carried with minimal disruption and to a very high standard, and customer service has been outstanding throughout. We recently had composite front and back doors fitted by your company. Everything was done to a high standard and in a professional manner. The two workmen were very polite and hard working. The Forman went through all the details about the doors and gave us tips on keeping them in tip top condition. ERG gave us a good deal on the doors and even due to a cancellation we had them fitted early. Follow up to see if everything was done to our satisfaction was excellent. All in all a very satisfied customer and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone that needs replacement doors. Oh and they were cheaper than others that we had estimates from for the same doors.

We are delighted with our new aluminium sliding patio windows. The fitters arrived at around 8.30 am and completed both installations by around 1.30pm. A very professional job, and once completed left everything clean and tidy. We would recommend this company.

We have had several experiences of home alterations in a long married life and I must say this was perhaps the most satisfactory. The pre- operation on site planning and advice was thorough and detailed and we were listened to carefully and the various possibilities for the new conservatory were explained to us. When it came near time we were telephoned to fix a date for the work to start and it was adjusted somewhat to suit our needs. Work did begin when promised and it was arranged so that the various teams of 2 or 3 men each of whom all clearly knew their jobs and every man from start to finish was a skilled craftsman who wasted no time in getting on with the job in hand. Not only were they good at their job but also tidied up when they finished and were good to have about the place. I am very pleased with our new door which was fitted by a very pleasant and efficient young man. It looks smart and has cut out all the draughts. The man who came previously to measure for the new door was also very efficient, helpful and polite. An envelope arrived today with the guarantee for 20 years , instructions for maintenance and my receipt.

I had minor repairs carried out on some doors and windows which were installed 10 years ago. The repairs were carried out straight away by an excellent engineer. The doors and windows we bought 10 years ago are top class. ERG provide a great service from installation through to repairs 10 years later.

Appointments were made and kept, the whole process was efficient and pricing etc made transparent - no hidden costs and everything explained. ERG fitted new french doors, a new back door and garage window at my property and I couldn't be happier with the first class job they made. Both the doors and the window were constructed to an extremely high standard and are very robust. Communication with ERG pre-sales was good and I was given a wide choice of options for the replacement items. The fitter (Neil) made it a very tidy installation and also provided a very friendly and efficient service. The installation was prompt when the items were ready to install, the communication from ERG was great throughout and the price for the new items inclusive of installation was more than reasonable - very happy customer. Delighted.

Fabulous company. Ordered new doors and windows from ERG. Exceptional service from start to finish. Very detailed quote with pictures and answered all queries and questions I had. Had a problem with the lock on the door whereby I couldn't order extra keys so they replaced the lock and gave me extra keys. Would totally recommend them to anyone! They were the most expensive of the quotes I got but were definitely the best as the quality is fabulous.

I have now purchased a few products from ERG Scotland starting with doors, then windows and more recently a conservatory. There were different salesmen on each occasion but in every instance they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me customise my conservatory and took care of everything including the planning. They were always efficient and on the rare time I had a query they were always at hand and willing to help. The quality of all the products is fantastic and because of this, visitors to my house have gone on to use ERG Scotland themselves, and all agree that the service and products are always excellent. Delighted with the finished result, boys who did the work did a great job and were very helpful with any problems that arose. They also kept the work area tidy.

From my initial enquiry through measuring, quoting, installing and replacing a window that cracked (not ERG's fault!), I have had fantastic, fast and friendly service. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for top notch products and customer care.

In August 2017 we had all of our windows replaced with grey PVC which looked great with our old stone and slate roof. We also had three of our windows cut down to floor level to let more sunshine in and two other sills lowered to radiator level. The building work was very good with the wet dash harling being repaired in a way that blended very well with the existing harling. With pine moulded finishings inside the whole effect was wonderful. The team of joiners and one bricky was not intrusive and they were all very pleasant folk to have around for a week. Their craftsmanship was superb. We are very very happy with our new windows and with the extra light it feels like a new house.
