Conservatory Extension in Balblair
After a recommendation from an existing customer, ERG was delighted to help Mr and Mrs Spence develop this project, allowing them the opportunity to take maximum advantage of the views from this fantastic location in Balblair on the Black Isle, as well as extend their living space.
Given the location and the customers wish to maximise the views from the new extension, it was important to design a conservatory that not only provided access to great views but also importantly provided the additional living space the customer had advised was key for this project.
The customer was keen to consider all possible options and both internal & external, which we were happy to provide. There was also the challenge of organising planning permission and building warrant approval. However, ERG with our turnkey support service was happy to advise the customer that we would take care of this on their behalf and pressed ahead to get the necessary consent from the local authority.
ERG then developed out a schedule of works and liaised with Mr and Mrs Spence so they would be fully aware as and when the project would commence and conclude and could importantly prepare for it.
On completion, the conservatory extension has become the property’s principal living location. A convenient sliding door allows easy access into the garden and opportunity to take a closer look at the amazing views across to the Cromarty Firth.
