Such tactics would NEVER be employed by our salespeople. They’re on your side and will treat you fairly and with the utmost respect, just how it should be.
Here’s what you can expect in your dealings with any ERG salesperson:
A keen listener
You know your home better than anyone and you’ll also have some idea of what you want, but perhaps need a little expert input.
Rely on the salesperson to be attentive and interested as you talk through your requirements, and they’ll only chip in with suggestions and ideas when either asked to or they feel it’s appropriate to do so.
It can be very off-putting when a salesperson dominates the conversation and they shouldn’t as they’re not the customer, you are.
A feeling of trust
Our salespeople have extensive home improvement knowledge and have been working within the industry for many years, which will quickly come across when you get speaking to them.
This will make you feel like you can trust them, and you can.
Their customer-first approach has won the hearts and minds of many people and convinced them to do business with ERG, a decision they haven’t come to regret.
A cast-iron price
When the salesperson costs everything up and presents you with the final price, one that you then accept, unless you specify any add-ons further down the line, that price will not change.
It would be underhand to surprise you with an unexpected price change after things have been agreed, but unfortunately, it does happen at some companies. Not at ERG it doesn’t though. No nasty surprises here!
